MAFRA (Minister Song Mi-ryeong) and aT (President Kim Chun-jin) participated in the "New York Fancy Food Show" food fair held in Manhattan, New York from June 23 to June 25 to expand K-food exports to the United States, resulting in 467 consultations and $27 million in export consultations.

The New York Fancy Food Show, the largest food fair in the U.S., is a representative B2B trade show where 50,000 food experts and 2,600 food-related companies from around the world participate every year. This year, about 200,000 drinks, confectionery, bread, processed foods, and plant-based products were exhibited in line with the global "Helsifle Leisure" trend, which seeks health and pleasure at the same time, attracting the attention of consumers interested in healthy eating habits.

In line with the recent U.S. food trend that favors health and functional foods, MAFRA and aT actively conducted export consultations with 50 participants, introducing health foods, snacks, bulgogi and red pepper paste sauces, organic teas, natural salt, stick-type perilla oil, and easy-to-cook home convenience products.

In particular, Korean bakery products such as potato hot dogs, kimchi mushroom little pizza, and gluten-free dessert Pinangsié made of rice flour, and Hallabong and citron tea undiluted liquid bases, which have unique taste and aroma, were highly praised by cafe officials.
