Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (President Kim Chun-jin) signed a business agreement with British food big buyer Unisnack (CEO Hyde Hanifer) on the 27th local time to expand K-food exports and spread low-carbon diets.
Since 2007, Unisnacks has imported products from 40 large food companies around the world, including Lotte and Paldo from Korea and Meiji from Japan, and has been supplying them to 72,000 retail stores and 350,000 restaurants, including Tesco and Sainsbury, major UK retailers.
The signing ceremony was held in the "Biggleswade" area of England, where Unisnack's headquarters is located, and the two organizations decided to join forces in ESG management, including ▲ expansion of K-food exports and export revitalization cooperation ▲ expansion of low-carbon diets.
