The "3 Days of Special Happiness," a special event hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Yoo In-chon, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and organized and cooperated with the Local Culture Promotion Agency (Director Cha Jae-geun, hereinafter referred to as the Agency), will be held in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, from October 20 to 22.
