Governor Kim emphasized that “the root of policy implementation in Chungbuk lies in prioritizing the improvement of life for socially vulnerable groups.” He shared examples of practical welfare policies such as △“Working Soup Kitchen,” a self-reliant welfare initiative △“Postpaid Medical Billing,” to resolve healthcare blind spots △and “Urban Farmers and Workers,” programs that promote job creation and regional cooperation.
He also highlighted that Chungbuk is preparing for a human-centered AI and digital transformation tailored for its residents, stressing that AI should serve to assist people—not replace them.
Toward the end of the lecture, Governor Kim encouraged the audience by saying, “As global talents, you are the creative leaders who will shape the world. I support your future full of challenge and innovation,” which was met with a warm round of applause.
