The main activities of this event were visiting the Hongju Castle History Hall and the Manhae Han Yongun Saenggaji to face the history and characters of Hongseong, and visiting Namdang Port, a famous place in Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, to feel the culture of Hongseong and relieve the heat.
In particular, on the first day, on July 31, the opening ceremony at Cheongwoon Hall of Cheongwoon University was attended by many domestic and foreign guests, including "Hongseong County Office's Culture and Tourism Division Manager Kim Tae-ki" and "KOYA Heo Jung," adding to the enthusiasm of the opening ceremony. Recreation activities (Hongseong-related quizzes, absolute notes) for participating youth relieved stress and provided fun for them, enhancing the satisfaction of participating youth.
In addition, to commemorate the hosting of the "2024 International Youth Campest," various works were submitted after the recruitment of participants for the youth activity mascot contest conducted online for the general public, including domestic teenagers. Online voting will be held for the general public until August 12, and the winning works will be selected through voting results and expert screening.
