The Seoul Metropolitan Youth Center (Shin So-mi, head of the center, Hope Value, an operating corporation), exchanged the current status of youth and policies in each region with the Generation Unlimited advisor Sobel Ngom, and hosted and promoted meetings to build a cooperative network in the future. The meeting was attended by Kwon Hye-jin, head of the Seoul Youth Center in Gangbuk, and Kim Young-beom, head of the Seoul Youth Center in Gangseo.

The meeting, held on March 21, was held not only to explore the direction of youth exchange in line with global trends, but also to explore ways to link resource infrastructure such as youth exchange funding such as Africa and the EU in the future and to confirm the possibility of global network expansion.

Sobel Ngom emphasized the importance of establishing social infrastructure for youth education and social participation at a time when Senegal's current youth and youth population ratio is more than 65%, and this population is also increasing at an annual rate of 3%. To this end, 20 youth groups in Senegal were organized to launch the Senegal Youth Committee, a coalition of Senegalese youth parties. It also conveyed the importance of solving future tasks by establishing global solidarity as well as domestic.

Shin So-mi, head of the Seoul Metropolitan Youth Center, emphasized the importance of international exchange projects, saying, "It is also an important task to try exchange and cooperation to innovatively solve the international common challenges faced by the young generation beyond the domestic private-public safety net."

Sobel Ngom is participating as an official partner of the EU and an advisor to the UN agency by creating a leading organization that supports structural changes of young people as well as achievements in the country, from improving awareness of the youth generation to establishing a youth education infrastructure and a youth institution in Senegal. Through this exchange, he said, "We have a good grasp of the current status of young people in Seoul, and we want to promote cooperation to strengthen our youth capabilities by interacting with young people in Senegal and West Africa."
