First, I participated in a traditional kimchi-making class taught by Lee Ha-yeon, a kimchi master in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, and experienced the culture of "Kimjang," a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in the country where kimchi is understood. In particular, former lawmaker Kintana, who led the "National Kimchi Day" for the first time abroad and is known as a kimchi lover, repeatedly shouted "Riko (Tasty)" while tasting the kimchi he made himself.
He then moved to the Food Master Experience Promotion Hall in Jongno, Seoul, where he participated in a tea ceremony experience class of traditional tea master Shin Sun-mi, and tasted the deep and deep flavor of Korean traditional tea, introduced traditional Argentine tea, and had time to understand the tea culture of the two countries. He also participated in a gallery tasting of traditional Korean wine and experienced a refined taste reinterpreted in a modern way from the old and deep taste of Korean traditional wine.
